5 night retreat at Ebbio Tuscany with Copper Lighthouse. Connecting deeper with Self, Source, and the Earth.

To honour the depth of this experience, all participants will be required to complete an application. This step ensures the retreat is a supportive and aligned fit for your current path and readiness at this time.  

After you pay your deposit, you will be emailed the application form.  Please complete the application within 24 hours.

If we have questions about your application and/or it isn't an automatic approval, we will request a call to ask more information/clarification and to discuss if the retreat is a good fit for you at this time.  We want to make sure we have the capacity to support you and that the overall container is held well.  If for any reason your application is not approved, you will receive your deposit back. 

What plant medicines will I experience on retreat?

We will be working with allies of the natural world to support your awakening, healing and expansion. There will be sacred ceremonies of awakening plant teachers, uplifting and heart-opening cacao, as well as an option to work with rapeh/hape (tobacco).  We'll be working with herbs and medicines throughout the retreat by tending to the land, harvesting plants, and gentle nature walks. Is the deposit non-refundable?

Your $400 USD deposit to hold your space at the retreat is non-refundable (except in the event of your application NOT being approved - in which case you'll receive it back right away).

How do I *make sure* I get a spot at the retreat with only a few left?

When bookings open, submit your deposit ASAP and complete your application. 

Applications will be reviewed in the order deposits are received.

What airport should I fly to?

Most people choose to fly into Rome or Florence.  If you fly to Rome, you can take the train up to Florence.  Ebbio is about 1 hour from Florence by car.

How do I get to Ebbio?

You will need to organize your own transportation from the airport.  We recommend either car hire, taxi or ride sharing with fellow retreaters.  Some people also ride the train.  We can put you in contact with each other closer to the time if you want to coordinate travelling together.

How many people will be on the retreat?

We have 15 spots available, plus Audra, Matty, and Micol. This retreat is designed to be intimate and we will be getting to know each other quite well.

What about bedrooms and bathrooms?

There are 10 bedrooms in the house - accommodation is double or triple occupancy.  There are currently 5 bathrooms, but Ebbio is undergoing renovations right now so most bedrooms will have an ensuite bathroom.

I want to share a room with my partner (or friend)

We suggest booking as early as possible.  Double rooms can be configured as two single beds or one Queen bed. :)

How do you match roommates at the retreat?

If you don't request a particular roommate or aren't travelling with someone, we will carefully match you with others based on matches we think will work best.  
Fun story: Last year we matched up a pair of participants who turned out to be distant cousins!

What should I bring?

Anything you would take on your spiritual vacation!  An inspiring book, journal, sacred items, something to yoga in, lounge in, swim in and walk or hike in.  Ebbio has a fully equipped yoga space, so no won't need to bring a mat.  A more detailed list will be shared closer to the retreat.

How do I know if this retreat is right for me?

Tune into your heart and trust if you're feeling a pull.  We work with people of all backgrounds, ages, cultures, genders, and beliefs.  We value diversity and hold space for each other.  You are welcome, whether you are fairly new on your spiritual journey, or looking to expand your consciousness and go deeper.  The application process will ensure this retreat is the right fit for you at this time.

Co-creating a safe container:
We teach self-sovereignty, respect, how to hold space for ourselves and each other, and how to co-create a container that is supportive for the experiences of each person.  Before the retreat, and again on the first day, we will be going through Group Guidelines that we will all agree to in order to co-create a safe, nourishing and supportive space for our experience over the week.

All participants will also be given The Golden Path 8 week program in April/May to help prepare for the retreat.  This shared experience will also help to ensure we are all on the same page.

What currency is the retreat?

Payment for the retreat is in USD.  The currency when in Italy is Euros.  It is recommended you have Euros on hand in cash for additional experiences (i.e. massage) as Ebbio does not accept credit cards.
