Our itinerary is designed with ample time for acclimatization, including gradual elevation gain and support from our guides to help ensure your body adjusts to the high altitude.
All necessary permits, including the Annapurna Conservation Area Permit (ACAP) and the Trekkers’ Information Management System (TIMS) card, are arranged for you.
International or domestic flights to and from Kathmandu are not included and must be arranged separately.
You are required to obtain your own travel insurance, covering high-altitude trekking, medical emergencies, and evacuation services.
Personal trekking gear, such as trekking poles, boots, clothing, and other necessary equipment, is not included. Gear can be rented in Kathmandu if needed.
Not included meals: Dinner in Pokhara (Day 8) and lunch in Kathmandu (Day 9).
All personal expenses, including snacks, beverages not provided with meals, additional services, and souvenirs, are your responsibility.
Any charges for Wi-Fi, phone calls, internet access, or battery charging during the trek are not included.

Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you will be warmly greeted by our team and transferred to your hotel in the heart of the city. After a long flight, take some time to relax and soak in the vibrant energy of Kathmandu.
The afternoon is free for you to explore the bustling streets of Thamel, known for its lively shops, cafés, and traditional Nepali atmosphere.
In the evening, you’ll gather with your trekking group for a welcome dinner at a local restaurant, where you’ll meet your guide and receive a detailed briefing about the trek. This is your opportunity to ask any final questions and ensure you're fully prepared for the adventure ahead.

After an early breakfast, you'll embark on a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Pokhara, a lakeside city known for its stunning views of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. The drive takes approximately 6 hours, winding through valleys and past rural villages, with plenty of opportunities to take in Nepal's breathtaking landscapes.
Upon arrival in Pokhara, you’ll have lunch before driving to Nayapul, where the trek officially begins. From here, you’ll trek to the traditional Gurung village of Ghandruk. The trail ascends gently, passing through terraced fields, lush forests, and small settlements. Ghandruk, a charming mountain village, offers stunning views of Annapurna South and Machhapuchchhre (Fishtail).
In the evening, explore the village, visit the local Gurung Museum, and enjoy a peaceful night in a traditional teahouse.

After breakfast, you’ll set off on a rewarding day of trekking, heading towards Sinuwa. The trail descends steeply at first, taking you down to the Kimrong River before ascending through rhododendrons and oak forests. You’ll pass through the village of Chomrong, a major stop for trekkers heading to Annapurna Base Camp.
Here, you’ll enjoy a well-deserved break with spectacular views of Annapurna South and Machhapuchchhre. After crossing the suspension bridge over the Chomrong Khola, the trail ascends steeply again to Upper Sinuwa, a small settlement perched on the side of the valley. This stretch of the trek provides stunning views of the surrounding mountains and deep valleys.
Sinuwa is quieter than Chomrong, offering a peaceful atmosphere to relax and prepare for the next day’s trek into the heart of the Annapurna Sanctuary.

Today's trek takes you further into the Annapurna Sanctuary as you leave Sinuwa and follow the trail through dense bamboo and rhododendron forests. The path climbs steadily, passing through the small settlements of Bamboo and Dovan, where you can stop for refreshments and take in the surrounding beauty.
As you ascend, the vegetation becomes more sparse, with the lush forest giving way to alpine terrain. The towering cliffs and waterfalls create an awe-inspiring backdrop as you make your way to Deurali.
The trail between Dovan and Deurali offers stunning views of the Modi Khola Valley, with occasional glimpses of Machhapuchchhre and Hiunchuli. Deurali is located at 3,230 meters and provides an ideal spot for acclimatization before reaching higher altitudes. Here, you’ll enjoy a hearty meal and rest for the night, surrounded by the rugged beauty of the Himalayas.

This is the most exhilarating day of your trek as you make your way to Annapurna Base Camp (ABC).
After breakfast in Deurali, the trail follows a rocky path through alpine meadows and steep gorges. You'll first reach Machhapuchchhre Base Camp (MBC), situated at 3,700 meters, where you’ll be treated to stunning panoramic views of the sacred Machhapuchchhre Peak, as well as Annapurna South, Hiunchuli, and Annapurna III.
After taking a break at MBC, the trail gradually ascends towards Annapurna Base Camp, surrounded by the towering peaks of the Annapurna massif. The final stretch offers jaw-dropping views of Annapurna I (8,091m), the 10th-highest mountain in the world. As you arrive at ABC, you’ll find yourself standing in the middle of a natural amphitheatre, with snow-covered peaks all around. The sense of accomplishment is immense, and the views are breathtaking.
You’ll spend the night at ABC, where you can enjoy the serene beauty of the Himalayas.

After witnessing a spectacular sunrise over the Annapurna range from Base Camp, you’ll begin your descent back down the trail. The return journey offers new perspectives on the majestic landscapes as you retrace your steps through Machhapuchchhre Base Camp and down towards Bamboo.
The descent is quicker but still challenging, with steep sections requiring careful navigation. You’ll pass through the familiar alpine and forested regions, enjoying a different angle of the peaks and valleys. Bamboo, nestled amidst dense bamboo groves, provides a peaceful resting spot for the night.
After a long day of trekking, you’ll enjoy a warm meal and a well-earned rest in the quiet of the forest.

Today’s trek takes you through lush forests as you descend further towards Jhinu Danda. The trail first leads back up to Chomrong before heading steeply down towards Jhinu Danda, a village famous for its natural hot springs.
Once you arrive in Jhinu Danda, you’ll have the opportunity to relax in these hot springs, a perfect way to soothe your muscles after several days of trekking. The short hike down to the hot springs offers beautiful views of the surrounding landscape, and the warm waters provide a rejuvenating break before the final day of trekking. Enjoy the peaceful environment and reflect on the incredible journey you've experienced so far.
Overnight at Teahouse in Jhinu Danda (1,780m)
On your final day of trekking, you’ll make your way down to Siwa or Ghandruk Phedi, passing through terraced fields and traditional villages along the way. The trail descends gently, allowing you to enjoy the surrounding scenery as you approach the end of your trek.
Upon reaching Siwa/Ghandruk Phedi, your vehicle will be waiting to take you back to Pokhara. After a short drive, you’ll arrive in the lakeside city of Pokhara, where you can relax and enjoy the comforts of a hotel.
Take the rest of the day to explore Pokhara’s vibrant streets, visit the lakeside, or simply rest after the trek.

After breakfast, you’ll embark on the drive back to Kathmandu. The journey takes approximately 6-7 hours, following the winding roads along rivers and valleys.
Once back in Kathmandu, you’ll have the evening to relax and reflect on the trek. You’ll also have a farewell dinner with the group, where you can share stories and celebrate the completion of an incredible journey.

After breakfast, it’s time to say goodbye to Nepal and your trekking companions. Depending on your flight time, you may have some free time to explore more of Kathmandu or do some last-minute shopping.
Our team will transfer you to Tribhuvan International Airport for your departure, ensuring you leave with unforgettable memories of the Annapurna Base Camp trek and the majestic Himalayas.
