The trek to Annapurna Base Camp requires good stamina and strength. You will be walking 4 to 5 hours a day straight, so make sure you don't run out of breath quickly. To increase your strength, you might want to start walking steep roads and working out before booking the trip. Swimming, jump roping, yoga, cardio workouts, and other exercise forms will help you prepare for the journey.
Besides physical fitness, you have to take care of your mental health as well. If you are not in the right place mentally, the whole journey will be a blur for you. Try meditating and taking deep breaths and relaxing whenever you feel stressed.
