I didn't realize how beautiful the city of Cleveland was until last week...what a gem!! But the real magic was inside the ZaxFit Owners Summit. You could tell from start to finish that Zack and his team poured their heart and passion into every detail. From the speaker lineup to the venue, to the thoughtful dinner, and the closing ceremony. Even though I'm not a studio owner, I'm a business owner, and I walked away with so many insights and much inspiration. The event was seamless, purposeful, and full of genuine connections. Walls came down, guards dropped, and by the end, it felt like we'd become a family. Zack's energy is unmatched...he attracts the most incredible people, and it shows in the community he's built. Huge credit to him and his team for creating something so special. You can feel the intention behind every moment. If you ever have the chance to attend, don't hesitate...it's more than an event...it's an experience. Jen
