Everything was perfect, from the full day on Lake Titikaka to the pickup times as well as the trip to Cusco. Like a Swiss clockwork.

We enjoyed the second part the most (from Chivay to Puno): good guide, very interesting stops, beautiful scenery.
During the first part (Cabanaconde to Chivay) we did NOT like the fact that we were taken to a pre-selected restaurant and had to eat there with no alternatives, while the description of the itinerary on the Nativa Express website said we would have had our own time in Chivay, free to choose where to eat. Also the guide was not very informative in the first part.

The trip was very nice. We left from Puno on time, the driver drived safely, the guide was nice and funny. It was quite cold on the bus in the morning, bring some extra layers. We made few short stops as previewed to buy a coffee and look around. We admired the beautiful scenery on the way. Then the final long descent into the Colca valley and we arrived as scheduled in Chivay. Overall a great experience, to be recommended. 🌞

The time on the boat was nice to see the big open lake. The Island itself was not very special. There was a long and very touristic stop to see the locals dance and buy their hand made fabrics. It all looked very set up. The moment our show was done, they moved to the next tourist group. The lunch was good. Nice tour to see the big part of the lake, otherwise not so special.

Cogimos los billetes con mucho tiempo de antelación y no nos pusieron juntos a mí mujer y a mí. Después de comentárselo al guía, nos empezó a hablar de una manera soberbia y prepotente, manifestando que no pasaba nada por ir 7 horas separado de mi mujer, que teníamos que ser felices, que estábamos de vacaciones. La verdad que nos amargó el viaje, el cuál además no es barato. Gracias a unas chicas nos cambiamos de sitio finalmente, pero el daño ya estaba hecho, ya que todo lo anterior y demás el guía lo dijo en voz alta delante de todo el mundo. No volvería con ellos a repetir el viaje habiendo compañías o personas que hacen este recorrido con mayor calidad y sin faltar el respeto al turista
