Horses have an incredible gift to help see youself in a different way. A guided Equine therapy session will be followed by a fun horseback ride.
All transportation to and from the training site and excursions are included.

Flights are not included, but we can help you arrange flights if needed. We recommend flying into Chattanooga.
If you are choosing to camp, you will need to provide your own tent and camping equipment.
We will provide all main meals and some light snack and refreshments during breaks.
Arrivals at the cabin will be between 1:00PM and 4:00PM. Youll have time to get settled in and meet some of the other ladies before we have our Welcome Dinner with a guest speaker and a special Welcome Ceremony to set our intentions for the weekend.
We will start the day with breakfast from local sources then transport to the training site for a morning movement and forrest grounding session. Today will focus on self defense tactics and situational awareness in the afternoon. We will have a special purpose activity after that and then transition into part 1 of our medical training. Then its time to eat! After dinner we will have a special guest speaker.
Today will be a fun but busy day! We will start with a buffet style breakfast before heading off to Falls Creek Falls for a hike and waterfall bathing experience. Lunch will be at The Lodge today. Next we will head to our Equine therapy session and end with a horseback ride. Then its time to get back to training! We will be teaching you all about disaster preparedness and response and the second part of our medical training. Dinner will be followed by a fun fireside Q&A with the cadre and of course smores! Tonight we will also do a special soundbath ceremony. After a long day this will help you reset.
Todays the day to put it all together. We will start with a special combat fitness session in the morning followed by breakfast. We will then transition into firearms training where you will learn firearms basics, clearning a room, and navigating obstacles. After lunch we will have a fun team challenge that will test all the skills you learned over the past few days. Dinner will be a Special Graduation Dinner and a Warrior Ceremony to celebrate YOU!
Today we will have one final breakfast and start saying our goodbye's to the group. The retreat may be over but the community will carry on with future events and meet up's!
