Third year in a row using their service and doesn’t disappoint.  Drivers are always on time and extremely courteous.  If you travel to the Cancun area, using VIP Riviera Maya is a must!

Our PDF confirmations are attached to the confirmation email showing the times;  however, we will add a screenshot  in the body text to prevent this info to be missed out by any of the parts and prevent mistakes.

Typically when we travel to Cancún we use VIP travel, this go round VIP travel connected us to WeTravel. Overall, we had a pleasant experience. Upon arrival from the airport, we did have the receptionist awaiting us with signage. She then escorted us to our pick up location, we still had to wait a few mins for our car to arrive. Because we had been traveling so early,  we were all just kind of ready to sit down and get to our resort. We maybe waited 7-10 mins. 

I did not recall getting a confirmation on the details for our return to the airport so I reached out the day before our departure, our flight was scheduled to leave around 2pm. I first emailed, but assumed that there would be a delay in responding so I used What’s App to reach out. I reached out to Barbara who immediately responded to confirm our pick up time of 10:10am. To ensure that we were prompt for pick up we arrived in our resort lobby around 10:00am. Around 10:16am I reached out to Barbara to inquire about our pick up because no one arrived and she shared that she provided the incorrect time to us, our pick-up was supposed to be 11:10am. She was very apologetic and tried to get someone there timely so that we were just waiting around. Overall, it wasn’t a major issue but one hour was a big difference as we could have went to breakfast, slept in a bit longer or took one last swim before heading out. 

We would use this company again, however I do think that the vehicles should be there for immediate pick-up and perhaps cross checking the times to avoid providing the incorrect times.

Door to door service that gets you through the long lines quickly and easily. The rep met me at the airplane door upon arrival and fast-tracked me through immigration quickly. Same for departure; she met me at the curb and I was through security in minutes, despite long spring break lines. High-touch, responsive support at all times. Barbara was always available on text as we set up the service -- seriously, this is worth the money if you are traveling and need to get through the airport quickly and easily.
