Life comes at us quickly. We live in a culture where a sense of urgency is the norm, continuing to push forward with our goals, increase productivity, get that next promotion, be a superhero parent, or achieve that next big thing. Taking time and space to care for yourself feels like just another thing to put on your to-do list. We get it. Prioritizing yourself can be hard! But we are in this together.
During times of great demand or change, it’s most important to take a moment to incorporate stillness into our lives. We will be removing ourselves from our hectic routines and allowing ourselves to open and pause. Let us care for you for a change. Come just as you are. Invest in yourself and leave feeling more grounded, rejuvenated, and connected to yourself, nature and other women.
We warmly welcome to the retreat all self-identifying women, years 21+, who feel ready to take a pause in the busyness of life and come back to themselves.
DATES: August 2 - 4, 2022
Arrive between 1 - 3pm on Tuesday. Depart after lunch on Thursday.
This retreat will take place on a private 545 acre property nestled in the hills of Colrain, Massachusetts. Let the surrounding nature restore your mind and spirit in this peaceful refuge. The renovated 170 year-old farmhouse will be our home base. Depending on the activity and the weather during the retreat, we will take advantage of the adjacent studio space, and of course, the abundant outdoors with many miles of trails and gorgeous views into Vermont.
Your Hosts: Ashley and Isabelle
We come from hustle culture, high pressure careers, full family lives, and have always been driven to make the world a more just and kind place for everyone in it. We know burnout and we know overwhelm. We also know the importance of hitting the time-out button, clearing the schedule, of walking barefoot on the ground, eating mindfully, making new connections, opening our minds and hearts to new possibilities. We are life-long friends who have personally experienced the transformative effects of being immersed in nature and in community with other women. Most importantly, we have a knack for creating truly unique and meaningful experiences that are healing, supportive and rejuvenating. We are so excited for your arrival.
What we believe:
About Arrived
Imagine committing to take time for yourself. Knowing that investing in your wellbeing will have a positive ripple effect in the lives of those around you. All the ducks (or as many ducks as possible) have been put in a row and you drive away from the usual demands on your time and energy. You’re driving up a dirt road, dust in your rearview mirror, all colors of green flourish on both sides of the road. You park at your destination and are greeted by women who know it’s no small thing to do what you’re doing. Your comfortable sleeping arrangements, the deeply nourishing meals, and intentional offerings have been deliberately designed for your wellbeing. We are here for you. You breathe in a deep breath of fresh air, coming back into your body, ready to relax into an easy flow and open up to the possibilities of the next couple days.
You’ve arrived.
