We will then head off to Callao Monumental - the heart of street art - where an array of art galleries convene alongside traditional seafood restaurants. Saunter around its various art spaces, and have a chance to meet its creators and learn from their stories. At every stop, you will have a bite of a “chalaco” (from Callao) delicacy, such as the classic “pan con pejerrey” (silverside sandwich), ceviche con leche (a milk-infused ceviche), and leche de tigre chalaca (as untranslatable, as unparalleled).
