In this hands-on cooking class, you’ll learn the original secrets behind a traditional asado: how to manage the fire, understand cooking times, work with different cuts, and achieve the perfect point of doneness. To elevate the experience, you’ll taste wines from my personal selection: we always include Mendoza Malbec, plus a surprise bottle from another Argentine region such as Salta, San Juan, La Rioja, or Patagonia (based on availability and the style of the day).
