About this trip
Welcome to the registration page for lodging and meals for Ashaya Yoga's Teacher Training 5th Training Module, hosted at Nine Mountain Retreats in Plainfield, MA. We look forward to welcoming your group and supporting your culminating seminar!
Nine Mountain has six bedrooms for guests, 3 private and 3 shared. There are three full baths, all shared, one on each floor of the building. We hope these images give a sense of the space. If you'd like to be offsite, and you would like support in making a reservation, please let us know. If you plan to reserve your own offsite lodging, please do so at your own convenience, there are many wonderful local options in our small New England Town.

**This room has a second queen-sized futon bed in a loft, accessed by a ladder. This makes the room a potential 2-person space. If this room has a second resident, different rates will apply. If you would like to share this room with a friend, please reserve it and contact the housing organizer.**

Haleakala is located on the second floor of Nine Mountain, and has 7 beds in total. Six are single-mattress bunk beds, of which three are bottom bunks. There is also one queen-sized futon. All beds are the same rate in this shared room, we will not reserve the futon separately (residents may decide on beds amongst themselves).
Room rate = $70/night x 6 nights + lodging tax
= $420 charge + $40.74 tax
= $460.74 total
Fujiyama is located on the second floor of Nine Mountain, and has 5 beds in total. All are single-mattress bunk beds, of which three are bottom bunks.

Taranaki is located on the third floor of Nine Mountain, and has 6 beds in total. All are single-mattress bunk beds, of which five are bottom bunks.

You are welcome to camp at Nine Mountain, in your own tent or camper/RV. Our land is gorgeous, but it will be quite cold this time of year! Please check weather reports in advance of your trip in order to ensure the greatest comfort for your stay, and come prepared with warm clothing and gear.
Camper vans/RVs are welcome, and we commonly have one or two participant RVs parked in the lower parking lot, running a power cord to the building for power needs. If you plan to arrive with a large (bigger than a regular car) camper/RV and/or need power hook-up, please let us know.
If you wish to stay offsite you are welcome to explore our many local bed and breakfast or AirBNB options. You may make your own booking, or have Nine Mountain's Staff assist you with your booking. Please contact your housing coordinator Kelly with questions at kelly@ninemountain.com. Pricing will vary based on each individual's lodging selection.
The "full price per person" listed here is the price for an off-site private room with shared bath, arranged by Kelly. Price is $70/night plus taxes and booking fees ($460 total).
If you would like an off-site private room with private bath, arranged by Kelly, pricing will be $100-$110/night, inclusive of taxes and fees ($600-$660 total).
Making your own booking? Nine Mountain adds a $15/person/day site use fee ($90 total) to support the sustainability of our space.
