The 4 days Silentц Retreat program is an opportunity to seek out stillness and silence and learn some useful meditation and mindfulness techniques. It’s a break away from all the distractions from the external world. Once you disconnect from the external world, you start to connect with yourself.
You will be staying in a place away from all the hustle and bustle of city life and close to nature which makes it perfect for observing silence and paying attention to your inner self and becoming a lot more aware of your own thoughts.
The retreat will involve practices like yoga asana and some gentle movements (to prepare you for long sitting), emotional purification practice, pranayama and meditation. Most of the practices you will be able to continue doing on your own even after the retreat.
The silence retreat is also a preparation for the longer silence practices like Vipassana.
