About Your Facilitator

Banu started her yoga and meditation journey in 2002 in Toronto, Canada. The healing power of the practice was the energy that connected with her right away. Since then, Banu has been dedicated to her daily practices in meditation, hatha and aerial yoga as well as pilates and pole fitness.

Banu’s style of teaching is focused on incorporating the energy of the breath to move with ease, think in peace and radiate love in all aspects of life. 

With a background in the business world, Banu runs a yoga studio in Toronto’s Kensington Market. With her professional experience as a digital marketing executive in the fashion industry and the financial services industry, and an MBA degree from Richard Ivey School of Business, she incorporates her business experience into her yogi lifestyle. 

Banu’s love for the planet and sustainability, prompts her to adopt an eco-conscious lifestyle. She takes inspiration from spending time in nature and traveling around the world to get to know new cultures and connect with her creativity during her time off.

You will have the option to pay a deposit of $500 usd and the rest of the payments divided into installments with the last payment 30 days before arrival in the requested dates as the website requests.

Cancellation Policy:    

We charge the 100% no show ups and for days not used resulting from late arrival or premature departure and for cancellations. 

For bookings made with deposit:

$500 usd deposit of reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non refundable.

We charge the balance of your reservation in different payments as the website requires. 

Price is non refundable.
Insurance is not included and neither the facilitator or the hotel is in charge if something happens to the guest in their trip.
