PART 1 of this course is designed to enhance your teaching skillset. Within this immersion course your dynamic language patterns will be brought to light. You will cultivate tools to enhance your skillset in leading an experiential yoga class.  You will learn and employ The Yoga Professional language formula adopting first & second level language skills. You will explore the class arc & intelligent sequencing and learn how to connect to the hearts of your students.

PART 2 of this course is designed as an Introduction to Yoga Assists. Within this immersion course you will be introduced to the various types of yoga assists, learn the profound impact assists can offer your yoga students, and how to facilitate them with purpose and confidence.
