2:00-4:00 PM: Rest and Relaxation
Take time to unwind by the pool, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, or indulge in a rejuvenating spa experience.
4:00 PM: Optional Wellness Offering
Choose from a variety of optional wellness offerings, including yoga, educational workshops, or other activities designed to support your personal wellness journey. Amy Walker will assist in scheduling this in advance based on your interests and preferences.
Before dinner, enjoy some free time to explore the resort’s offerings. Whether lounging by the pool or taking in the Hill Country views around Lake Travis, this time is yours to recharge.
6:00 PM: Group Dinner
Join us for a delightful group dinner where you can savor Miraval’s exquisite, health-focused cuisine and engage in meaningful conversations with fellow guests. Dinner reservations will be made for our group each day. This time is optional, and you are free to dine at your preferred time. Reservations are required for dinner.
