Join my family as we venture to the Land Down Under! 10 nights, across 3 amazing cities of Sydney, Cairns and Brisbane. We will have amazing hotels located in the heart of everything and wonderful tours included. There is also a lot of free time to explore with new friends and family! At the end of the 10 nights, you can choose to fly back to the USA or join us as we move onto Fiji for 4 nights, using the island as a pit stop on the way home. If you choose to only do Australia, it will end July 8th 2027

All hotels are double occupancy; lead traveler must be 18 years of age or older.

We will begin our trip by leaving LAX airport. I would suggest getting in the night before depending on where your original city of departure is located. My family is from Maryland so we will come out the day before and spend a night by the airport. I can arrange this as well if you are at all interested. We will have an OVERNIGHT flight and will skip the international dateline. We will land on JUNE 28th 2027

G’day! Welcome to Sydney.

After completing arrival formalities, make your way to the arrivals areas where you will be met by our local guide and assisted with your city half- day tour, lunch cruise and then private transfer to your hotel.

Note: Hotel Check-in is after 3.00 PM

After your arrival in Sydney, you will continue through the commercial area of the city passing the historical buildings of Macquarie Street - Parliament House, The Mint and Hyde Park Barracks. Alight at Mrs Macquarie's Chair for breathtaking views of the city and harbour. Proceed through cosmopolitan Kings Cross and exclusive garden suburbs to the Gap on the ocean headland at Watsons Bay. Return to the city via famous Bondi Beach and Paddington, a Victorian suburb of restored terrace houses richly decorated with cast-iron lace.

You will then be taken to catch your lunch cruise at Sydney Harbour.

Upon arrival in Cairns, your local guide will meet you at the terminal, and will take you to Harley’s Crocodile Adventures. On the way you will receive commentaries of the city of Cairns.        

Cairns, the hub of the tropical north is located between the sea and the rainforest mountains. This bustling tropical city is the gateway to the rainforest and reef of Far North Queensland where you will find many shopping arcades, courts, plazas, galleries and boutiques offering the best of local, national and international products. The palm fringed Esplanade offers excellent picnic spots and vantage points for viewing the bird life on the tidal flats. The surrounding area is a paradise of reefs, islands, mountains, rainforest and wilderness. Upon arrival in Brisbane, local guide meets and greets you at Brisbane Domestic Airport and escort you by private transfer to the hotel.

After check in, the remainder of the day is at leisure.

Breakfast at the hotel, your local guide will meet you at the lobby and depart for a Full Day Brisbane Tour with Mt Cootha and Koala Sanctuary.

Discover the highlights of Brisbane on this full day city tour. Brisbane is the best city in the world to live with an energetic outdoor culture based around beautiful river and parklands. ‘Brissy’s’ most beautiful parks and sights are along it’s winding river where visitors will also enjoy lunch and/or morning tea (at own expense). See and learn how Brisbane evolved from convict settlement to the lifestyle capital of the world and an Olympic city of almost 2.5 million. ‘Brissy’ boasts a number of stunning lookouts, unique ‘Queenslander’ architecture, and some of the world’s best public parks along the winding river including the ‘city beach’.

Enjoy some free time to explore the South Bank Parklands and Cultural Precinct, nestled along the Brisbane River. We continue through Fortitude Valley well known for its restaurants and bars.

Take in views of the city from the Mt Coot-tha Summit Lookout, enjoy a stroll through Brisbane Botanic Gardens Mt Coot-tha before we continue to Kangaroo Point Cliffs for a photo stop, cross the historic Story Bridge.

In the end, you will visit Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary to meet over 100 koalas and 70 native Australian species in a peaceful riverside sanctuary.

Group will return to hotel by 5pm and be picked up for dinner at preferred time.

After breakfast, check out of your hotel and transfer to the airport for your flight back to USA. You will cross the International Dateline again on this flight to gain a day and so arrive back in the US on the same day you left Australia (flight is not included).
