About your trip
Spend 2-4 weeks in the Austrian Mountains with us and other worldschooling families. This retreat is focused on exploration of nature, social connection, adventure and hiking activities in nature, as well as cultural immersion.

Session One: May 31 - June 14
Session Two: June 14-28
Session Three: June 28 - July 12
Accommodations
Availability is limited for each room type, so early booking is recommended.
Cancelation Policy
A €250 deposit per person is required at the time of booking.
The deposit becomes non-refundable 150 days or fewer before the start of your retreat session.
This means:
For Session One, the deposit is non-refundable after January 1, 2026
For Session Two, the deposit is non-refundable after January 15, 2026
For Session Three, the deposit is non-refundable after January 30, 2026
Final payments are due 120 days before the retreat date.
- January 31, 2026 for First Session
- February 14, 2026 for Second Session
- February 28, 2026 for Third Session
Refund Policy for Remaining Balance (After Non-Refundable Deposit)
More than 120 days before retreat start date: 100% refundable
91–120 days before: 50% refundable
61–90 days before: 25% refundable
31-60 days before: 10% refundable
30 days or less: Non-refundable
We highly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance for peace of mind.

Every Avenue Travel LLC and its organizers are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, illnesses, or losses that may occur during the retreat or any associated activities. Participation in all events — including physical, outdoor, or recreational activities — is entirely at your own risk.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip against unexpected events such as medical emergencies, cancellations, or travel disruptions. [Travel Insurance]
By completing your registration and payment, you confirm that you understand and accept these terms, and you release Every Avenue Travel LLC and its organizers from all liability. Photography and videography may be used for promotional purposes for future trips.

Scheduled group activities and daily experiences.

Room Accommodation
Accommodation type you selected and paid for will be included once you have selected your room package
Entry Tickets
Admission to all main group-planned activities.
Transportation
Group transportation to and from activities is included. You’ll also receive a travel card for free local transit in Salzburgerland (If a coach bus is arranged for a specific outing, we’ll inform you)
Resort Amenities
Includes access to the thermal spa, kids club, game room, coworking space, fitness center, and bowling alley.
What's not included
Transportation to Resort
Travel to the retreat location from your home is not included.
Food/Drinks
Only meals included in the resort food package are covered. All lunches and additional snacks or drinks are at your own cost.
Extra Cost of Activities
If any optional experiences come with additional fees outside of our main group activities, those costs are not included (unless stated otherwise).
Lift tickets
Only single-day lift tickets for scheduled group mountain days are included. Additional lift passes are not covered.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included, however it is recommended. Please see the link for Safety Wing
Flights and Train
Costs for getting to Austria are not included. However, trains and buses between Salzburg and Gastein are included.
Resort Fees & Extras
Any resort purchases (e.g., alcoholic beverages, extra meals, taxes, fees) will be your responsibility.
