We'll begin our day with morning yoga, gently awakening the body and breath. Afterward, enjoy a delicious breakfast to ground and energize. Late morning offers time for self-guided reflection- you may choose to journal, rest, or take a peaceful walk to a nearby lake, connecting with the natural world and your inner rhythms.
Lunch will be a shared experience, prepared together as an awareness practice- a beautiful way to bring mindfulness into everyday moments. After lunch, we will gather for a transformational coaching session infused with visualization, supporting clarity, insight and personal growth. In the late afternoon, prepare to release and reset through a powerful breathwork detox session, clearing energetic blocks and opening space for vitality.
Following our evening meal, we'll end our day with a healing yoga practice, complemented by Reiki, to soothe the nervous system and invite deep restoration.
