About this trip

Autumn is a time for releasing what no longer serves you, honoring your inner growth and of course the equilibrium of day and night encourages us to balance the light and darkness within our own lives.

The Autumn Equinox is a meaningful time of year to honor the harvest. Whether that be a "real" harvest of the things planted in your garden or the harvest of efforts and intentions for your life path that you set earlier in the year.

During this equinox you may want to honor all that you  have in your life and shift your consciousness from one of doubt to one of abundance and gratitude.

Celebrate this potent time of year with Yoga me BLAC on the beautiful island of St. Thomas.

To enhance and cultivate our own creative, life-affirming energies, we will greet each morning sun with a relaxing Kemetic meditation

We’ll close the afternoon in the deep golden glow of the rising sun with an invigorating Kemetic yoga practice.

Before the sun sets we will close each evening with a restorative practice.

In between; play in the ocean, bask in the sun, take advantage of various excursions and activities such as snorkeling, kayaking, and parasailing or just enjoy some time to yourself on one of the many beaches nearby.

Let's get mentally elevated to Be Liberated And Conscious; this 5 day retreat is full of immersive, soulful yoga practices to help you reclaim your identify and rejuvenate your spirit.

Why join our retreat?

For the person walking their spiritual path, this is the time of year where we activate our new cycle of growth. As we become silent and rest we are allowing space for our greater vision to emerge.

This retreat offers plenty of time and space to embrace silence and ground for transformation.

We will begin our time together with a tranquil practice and ceremony honoring the equilibrium of day and night, the season of transition.

Each day will include meditation, conscious breathing and intention setting; 3 plant-based meals a day, kemetic yoga flows and an opportunity to explore the beautiful Virgin Islands.

Remainder Payment

In all cases, full payment must be received no later than 45 days before the start date to hold your spot. In the month leading up to the final payment date, you will receive reminders to complete your payment. If we do not receive your payment on time, your spot will be made available to those on the waitlist and you will forfeit your deposit. There are no refunds or transfers of payments after the above deadline due to the fact that we are required to make venue payments that are no longer refundable after this time.

It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation. Naturally, no one books with the intention of canceling or postponing their training, but unexpected things do happen that can be beyond your control. With most agencies, insurance must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation.

Due to non-recoverable payments that we must make in advance to secure the retreat venues, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, including but not limited to natural disasters, inclement weather, acts of terrorism, illness, health conditions, medical or personal or family or work emergencies, or change of mind. If you cannot reach the training due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, weather circumstances, and missed, delayed or canceled flights, training fees are unfortunately non-refundable and non-transferable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance.

We reserve the right to remove a participant from the program if their behavior is disruptive. Incomplete or inaccurate information on the application may result in dismissal from the program. In the event of dismissal, any refunds of fees will be at the sole discretion of Yoga me BLAC. No refunds will be made for travel, meal or accommodation packages booked.
