A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your reservation with Traveling Soul Tours. Full payment must be completed no later than 90 days prior to your scheduled tour start date. Reservations are only considered fully confirmed once all required payments have been received.
Cancellations made more than 90 days before the tour start date are eligible for a refund of up to 50% of the total amount paid, excluding the initial deposit. Cancellations made within 90 days of the tour start date are non-refundable.
Tours are priced based on a group of four (4) participants and double occupancy (two guests per room). Single occupancy accommodations and additional participants can be arranged upon request and may incur additional charges.
To allow for a more flexible and personalized travel experience, tour pricing typically does not include airfare, entrance fees to attractions, meals (unless explicitly stated in the itinerary), or gratuities.

Upon arriving at Henri Coandă International Airport, you’ll be transferred to your centrally located hotel. The rest of the afternoon is yours to unwind or explore Bucharest at your leisure. If you’re up for it, an optional evening walk through the charming Old Town Lipscani District is a great way to experience the city’s vibrant atmosphere.
