Glastonbury has long been a place of pilgrimage, myth and mystery. Throughout our time together, we'll explore this remarkable landscape not simply as visitors, but as companions on an inner journey. The ancient Abbey, the peaceful gardens of Chalice Well, the summit of the Tor and the beauty of Avalon will become mirrors for our own inner landscape.
Together, we'll gently explore the parts of ourselves that have learned to protect the heart, reconnect with the deeper wisdom that lives beneath those protective patterns, and create space for the vision that is patiently waiting to emerge.
This retreat isn't about being someone else but returning to what has always been there, allowing the heart to soften, reconnect and remember its own wisdom.
Throughout our days together, I'll be guiding our Parts Work sessions, meditations, embodiment practices and shared explorations, holding a safe and compassionate space where insight can arise naturally. There will also be plenty of time to rest, enjoy nourishing food, connect with others, or wander to places you have never been to before.
This will be a soulful, intimate retreat for just five guests. This is a real opportunity to return to yourself again within the heart of Avalon.
For four nights, we'll have exclusive use of a beautiful countryside home with uninterrupted views towards Glastonbury Tor. The house has been chosen not simply for its comfort, but for the atmosphere it creates,, and only ten minutes walk to the sites. This is a place where you can truly slow down, breathe and reconnect.
Enjoy cosy evenings beside indoor and outdoor fires, soak beneath the stars in the hot tub, share music, laughter and meaningful conversations, and savour delicious chef-prepared meals created with care. Every element has been chosen to help you feel deeply nourished, supported and at home.
