12:00 – lunch
12:30 – free Time – (massage, 1:1 session, paddle board, hike, read, hot tub, journal, shop, etc.)
5:00 – asana workshop and yoga flow
6:30 – happy hour
7:00 – dinner
8:00 – post dinner ceremony
