This past year filled our minds and our hearts with uncertainty, fear, grief, anxiety and an influx of negative emotions. We experienced trauma as a collective in some way or form.  While there’s still some uncertainty in the air, it feels like we’re finally regaining some resemblance of normality and there’s a budding sense of optimism sprouting. Some of us are feeling excited with a renewed sense of hope, while others are feeling anxious about re-emerging into this “new world” and all of these feelings are valid.   

On the Awaken and Ascend retreat with Chocolako, we’re honoring your place in this time of transition, wherever that may be. There’s healing to be done and resilience to be rebuilt, so you can reconnect with your inner energy and move forward with renewed confidence, fortitude, and joy.

This transition period is an ideal time to retreat with us for 3 nights, 4 days in Sedona, AZ as we realign to ourselves once again. We’ll practice yoga, immerse ourselves in the nature and the incredible energy of Sedona, connect with each other and experience in a Sacred HeartSong Drumming circle.
