Enjoy your stay in a suite or the remodeled airplane hanger on our open air private mountain top. Our retreat takes place in the Blue Ridge Mountains near Boone, N.C..
We will practice 1-2 yoga classes & meditation daily. All food and activities are included, all levels welcome. You will have the option to add-on a massage upon arrival. Expect to leave this retreat balanced and at ease.
Diala most recently trained in India earning her 500 hour advanced yoga teacher training certification under Guru Vishva at Akhanda Yoga School in November 2018. She has explored and studied countless hours of yogic practices, including pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation, chakras, chanting, and physical yoga postures (asanas). She hopes to empower others to connect to their inner Self and experience their own bliss. In this retreat we will touch on these ancient aspects of the yoga practice with a modern twist all while enjoying the natural beauty of the present moment and nature around us!
Twin bed in a shared common space with both males and females. Must be comfortable around others. Shared bathroom.
Full bed in private room in the airplane hangar. Shared bathroom. This room is separated by the rest of the space with curtains.
Female only- a Full bed in a shared room in the House Directly next to the Hager. This is a quieter space, with more privacy and a bathroom which you will have just to yourself and your one roommate.
