For one week I invite you to disrupt your everyday life, and journey with me deep into the remote tropical rainforests of Costa Rica. To show you that what you are looking for, is yourself. When you experience life from the purest form of your own energy, you entire perspective changes. As within so without. You are the magic, and if you’re ready to feel it, I am ready to take you there.
This retreat is aimed to get you back in touch with the Goddess that has always been within your innermost being. The Goddess that has been waiting for you to tune in, tap in, and turn her ON! As Women of this earth, we have a natural nurturing nature, always pouring out into the world and others, and we sometimes forget about ourselves and how much we need our own love, too. When we can show up for the Goddess within, we are also serving this earth at our highest vibration. This world deserves the BEST version of you.

Our days together will consist of grounding breath and movement, mindful self reflection workshops, nourishing cuisine, Goddess connection ceremonies and embodiment rituals, and exploration of our Goddess Self & Mother Nature. Together as Women we will connect, remember, and hold a safe space for each other as we all walk our own personal journey back home to the Goddess within. Peeling back the layers keeping us disconnected, and finally liberating the authentic, raw, and Divine Feminine Goddess you hold within.
This is a Consciousness Expanding retreat, awakening your spirituality, meaning that our emphasis will be on increasing our levels of self-awareness and connection under the guidance and facilitation of Holistic Health Coach, Vanessa Marrero.

TRAVEL - WHAT TO EXPECT:
Our Magical remote destination is in Punta Islita, Guanacaste Province, one of the 6 Blue Zones of the world. Our two Private Villas are located mountain top, amidst overlooking the pristine Costa Rican rainforest, on the Pacific side of the country. Purposefully chosen so that we are fully immersed into the deepest, most untouched parts of nature undistracted and disconnected from busy life. To get to our destination, there are a few options.
1. FASTEST OPTION: Fly direct to Liberia Airport, this is the closest airport to our destination. Once landed in Liberia, take a private car to the private Villa in Islita ( 2.5 - 3 hour drive, I have the contact for this )
2. FLY TO SJO + CHARTER TO LIBERIA: Book flight to SJO (main airport), and book a domestic connection charter flight from SJO (San Jose) Airport to Liberia Airport, then 2.5-3hour drive to the private Villas in Islita.

3. SCENIC OPTION: Fly to SJO ( main airport ) + 5 – 6 hour scenic drive with local food along the way to Punta Islita.
If you don’t prefer a small plane ride, and If you are in a road trip / exploration mood you can take a private taxi or a shuttle service that I will provide the contact for. The middle part of the drive is quite scenic as you will go through the mountains in a national park and you will get to stop over at spots serving local food. This drive duration will vary on traffic and how long you stop.
The private ride is $320 but can be split in a group if more women want to join. *Schedule to arrive to the Lodge no later than 4PM CST (CR time)*

DEPOSITS + CANCELLATION POLICY
DEPOSIT POLICY:Your retreat deposit is non-refundable at any time. For those attending the retreat, the deposit goes towards the sum of their retreat package.
CANCELLATION POLICY:In the unlikely case of US not allowing travel to Costa Rica the retreat will be rescheduled to another date and your retreat package will be applied. If you are unsure if you can come at that later date, you will be refunded minus your initial deposit.
