Awakening through Sound, Movement & Healing .
On this retreat, we will begin with creating a sacred circle of protection using ancient rituals, where you can embark on a journey of self-awakening.
As a part of the opening ceremony, we will offer you a refreshing blue lotus flower tea, which will open up your heart to receive healing and clear insights. The Egyptians used this in their spiritual rituals centuries ago.
Kundalini yoga techniques will help you to unblock subtle energy channels.
You will learn how to maintain a strong immune system, glandular system, nervous system and breathe in the vital force. It empowers you to deal with physical, emotional, and mental challenges of daily life.
Once the physical body has been tuned, we will dive deeper to receive healing, using the power of chanting and Kirtan.
It has been scientifically proven that the sound of mantras produce a positive resonance within the human body.
A sacred collection of mantras has been curated for this event. This will help you dive deeply into the heart, reconnecting, expressing, chanting sacred words, learning to let go of everything that holds you back from your inner freedom.
A gong bath is a form of sound therapy where the gong is played in a therapeutic way to bring about deep healing & relaxation; you will be bathed in sound waves as you relax comfortably on a mat covered with a blanket.
