This retreat includes group activities in sisterhood and individual time for hiking, reading, reflection or whatever your soul desires. Bring a journal and your yoga mat if you have one.

Bedrooms are first come, first served at check in. All beds are made with thoughtfully appointed, comfortable sheets, blankets, and pillow. Each guest is provided with one towel set. Please bring your own eco-friendly toiletries and if you have a favorite pillow, feel free to bring that, too.
Wifi throughout main house and sporadic areas on the property. We suggest social media be restricted to one hour before dinner on the first night then put devices away until the end of the retreat.
All meals are served family style in the Still Waters Dining Room and/or with outdoor seating when weather-permitting. We use non-GMO, local and organic ingredients whenever possible. We work with chefs that align with these preferred principles whenever possible.

Sharon is a passionate about her programs. She provides dynamic, inspired, thoughtful Workshops, Retreats and Yoga Teaching Training. Sharon is passionate about empowering and encouraging others to honor their body, mind and soul, to go within, and to grow and heal with the time honored teachings of Yoga, ,breath, meditation, Reiki and mindfulness. All born from her years of experience, study and life’s journey. As a lifelong practitioner, student and teacher of Yoga, Sharon has studied and enriched her practices with several of the most esteemed and knowledgeable teachers, including: Yoganand Michael Carroll, Stephen Cope and Sudha Carolyn Sundeen. Sharon continues to share her passion and teachings of these ancient wisdom traditions. She brings these into everyday life. Sharon Shanti is a mother of 2 adult children and 3 grandchildren, a lifelong learner: a lover of life. She brings her lifelong learnings into everyday life.
Andrea Minelli
Andrea is a certified Spiritual Director and Retreat Leader trained through Mercy by the Sea, Madison CT. She co-leads the Summer Sabbath program at Mercy by the Sea in addition to women’s spirituality and empowerment retreats. Her passion has been to help people on their journeys incorporate a broad base of contemplative mind/body practices to become more self-aware and inspired to follow their truth as they explore a deeper relationship with the spiritual aspect of being human. Her MA in Spirituality incorporated the Women’s Leadership Institute which has aided her in engaging women from all walks to life to become their best selves. She has an eclectic background of interests and studies including Reiki, yoga, and different types of meditation.

Reservations are first come, first served. We know that plans can go awry. However, we rely on your Reservation Deposit and a cancellation costs us time and money. We are not a big hotel chain that can offer same-day cancellations. When you enter into a Rental Agreement with us, you are informed beforehand that our Refund Policy is as follows: If an advanced cancellation is necessary (60 days or more in advance), 50% of your Reservation Deposit and Payments may be applied to a future reservation and is otherwise forfeited. After this time frame, cancellations will be considered a No-Show, and there will be no refund. Once you arrive at Still Waters, No Refunds will be given due to the weather, your change of plans, or an early departure. We are not responsible for acts of God and nature including power outages.
