After savasana, you aren’t scrambling on to the next thing; you’re ready for a nourishing brunch that supports digestion, energy and calm. And the rest of the day? It unfolds with choice.
Kayaks and paddleboards wait by the private beachfront, or you might stroll to the Golden Pagoda just down the sand. A hammock beside the pool, a quiet meditation garden, an afternoon nap … all are part of this spacious rhythm.

Our home for the week is Samahita Retreat, located on the southern coast of Koh Samui. Here, we gather to breathe, move, chant, and return — again and again — to the heart.
Retreat: Spend 8 days and 7 nights on the beautiful island of Koh Samui. Each day includes 2 yoga practices, workshops, ample time for rest, relaxation, spa treatments or exploration.
Accommodations: Choose from Garden Loft, Garden Private or Beach Rooms. All rooms have a beautiful Queen size bed.
Sustenance: Included are two meals a day (brunch & dinner). Samahita’s food philosophy is grounded in the principles of Ayurveda and rooted in a commitment to real nourishment — food that is both delicious and deeply supportive to your energy, digestion, and overall wellbeing.
Travel: International travel, fly into Bangkok, then to Koh Samui, some flights may be direct.
Activities: You may wish to relax and take advantage of the resort, otherwise there are many excursions available to local temples, markets and more.
