The 300-Hour Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher Training is designed for students pursing their 1000-hour certification.
When you complete your 300-Hour program, it means you have a total of 500 Hours of Yoga Teacher Training.
In our 300-hour YTT, students will focus on Anatomy; the fundamental concepts of universal attributes, doshas and their the seven dhatus which are the elemental structural tissues that constitute the human body, srotas, the structural and functional pathways, and ojas, tejas and prana which are the energetic forms of the doshas.
Students will also explore Vedic breathing, sequencing asanas, withdrawing the senses with Pratayahara, and Sattva, Rajas and Tamas gunas which can create or destroy harmony in our lives.
200-hour yoga teacher training certification.
Students will receive a Certificate of Completion from Yoga Veda Institute.
