The kitchen staff went out of their way to make our meals as Ayurvedic as they could and they put a lot of love in to the food.

1. Heal and learn to nourish yourself with the medicinal spices you already have in your kitchen.
2. You will work with Kim’s interns and receive a comprehensive health evaluation and an individualized Master Wellness Plan.
3. Reset your emotional health, digest feelings, and assimilate new ways to navigate your life through a special healing circle event.
4. Attend a yoga or sound healing class to relax your nervous system and balance your mind and body.
5. Rest, relax, retreat in serene and restorative places to get cozy
6. Energize and celebrate your new state of wellness with music and dance

&nbsp;Ayurvedic meals prepared by Chef Andy Teixeira are nourishing and healing foods specially designed for the season and for balanced health.&nbsp;
 
Experience five special services:
 
a. Salt Room observatory&nbsp;– Halotherapy is a natural, safe way to remove toxicity from the respiratory system, improve the function of the immune system, and utilize trace elements and micronutrients in their natural form while listening to acoustic sound waves in zero gravity chairs.
b. Listening to Plants&nbsp;– White resting on an earthing mat, hear the sounds of the plants and flowers in the garden room through a unique technology that relaxes and soothes your electromagnetic energy field.
c. Sauna&nbsp;– infrared therapy that is beneficial to help rid your body of pathogens and speed up healing while relieving joint and muscle aches.
d. Lymphatic clearing or ionic foot bath&nbsp;– foot bath using ionic osmosis to release waste and neutralize oxidative stress from the body. Lymphatic drainage therapy uses mild compression to help the body flush lymph fluid and improve circulation.
e. Reflection exercise in the butterfly room –&nbsp;a unique and sacred space to reflect, meditate, read, express emotions of grief and loss, and give unconditional love and support for the suffering in the world.
