About this trip

Ayurveda, Yoga & Nature is a short retreat that highlights the importance of health, well-being, practicing Yoga, the connection to Mother Nature and detoxifying simple ayurvedic food. You will get to know your ayurvedic body type and learn how to balance your doshas with nutrition, mindset, Yoga practice and a daily routine. Leaving the retreat you will have a basic overview of Ayurveda and your body type with your own Yoga practice for home. You will feel rejuvenated, more centered and inspired for new habits.

Eco Logic is a perfect place to immerse into the Nature, connect to yourself and breathe life.

Ayurveda and Yoga

Ayurveda place great emphasis on prevention and encourages the maintenance of health through close attention to balance in one's life, right thinking, diet, lifestyle and the use of herbs. Knowledge of Ayurveda enables one to understand how to create this balance of mind, body and consciousness according to one's own individual constitution and how to make lifestyle changes to bring about and maintain this balance. Ayurveda and Yoga are the ancient life- disciplines that have been practiced in India for centuries. Yoga is the science of union with the divine. Ayurveda is the science of life and the foundation. The purpose of each practice is to help the individual to achieve longevity, rejuvenation and self-realization. Yoga themselves is the application of Ayurveda in a higher level. Integration of Ayurveda and Yoga brings out the complete healing potential of Yoga and the complete spiritual potential of Ayurveda.

 About the teachers

Nancy is Hatha Yoga teacher certified by Yoga Alliance, Reiki Master, Body Worker and Coach. In her “previous life” Nancy was a Key Account and Sales Manager in Germany. She experienced how easy it is to end up in unbalanced lifestyle just focusing on business results but giving less attention in spiritual and personal growth. Nancy has found the spiritual guidance with Yoga and Meditation in combination with the nature and the holistic Ayurvedic system of self-healing create the right balance, mindfulness and peace in her body, mind and spirit to reach her purpose in life with love, compassion and consciousness. Her life transformed into more happiness, better health and observation to her body and deeper understanding and connection to herself. She wants to reach out and share your knowledge with others. Her mission is to empower and help people, who would like to make a change in their life, to step out of their comfort zone, allowing the magic to happen, living a healthy life by design with an abundance of love, happiness, satisfaction and gratitude aligned with their heart and to be in balance with body, mind and spirit. Patrizia, a certified Vinyasa teacher and Reiki practicioner, began practising Yoga as a way to find more balance in her life during her time at university. Yoga led her on a journey of personal growth, which was - and still is life-changing for her. Through Yoga she learned the importance of being deeply connected to the body and breath and of practising self-love. After developing a regular yoga practice she began to pay attention to her inner voice and allowed her heart to guide her. This gave her the courage to let go of old patterns and begin to live the life she wanted - one full of abundance, love and compassion.

Nancy Huettig
I'm Nancy, a Wholistic Coach, Yoga Teacher, Reiki Master, and Ayurvedic practitioner. My work is rooted in empowering and guiding people to live a passionate life aligned with their authentic self, embodying a balanced body, mind, and soul with the Universe. My story begins in Hamburg, Germany where I began my career in the corporate business world. After years of overwhelming stress and unhappiness, I eventually hit my breaking point and surrendered to the ever-growing call to travel the world. In taking this first step out of my comfort zone, I began the Trip of My Life, which brought me across all parts of Southeast Asia, Australia, India and two years later, back to the island I now call home, Koh Phangan in Thailand. Yes, it was my Eat, Pray, Love Moment; and I embraced it. In the last two years, I’ve designed the simple yet abundant life I always wanted to live, rooted first and foremost in Nature of Koh Phangan. My mornings are spent on my yoga mat and with my dog Lily.
