About this trip

Rejuvenate and restore during our Ayurveda and Yoga Retreat in Bali, the island of the Gods this May.  Ayurveda is an ancient, holistic, whole body science from India, focusing on self healing. The retreat will include Ayurvedic inspired yoga (a combination of both dynamic and gentle classes), a workshop on Ayurveda, an excursion to a traditional Balinese healing water temple, guided pranayama and meditation, journaling time, and of course some free time to enjoy the resort and the surrounding area.

About the venue: Welcome to Basundari, meaning the Grace of Mother Earth in Sanskrit.  Surrounded by lush jungle and rice fields, this 5 star retreat venue will allow you to heal, rest and restore.

This retreat is open to all levels of yoga, and anyone who’s interested in learning more about Ayurveda and how to incorporate it into your daily life. Ideas and concepts of Ayurveda will be infused and explained throughout the retreat in a modern and easy to use way.  At the end of the retreat, you will walk away feeling more rejuvenated in the mind, body, and spirit and the knowledge to maintain this in your daily life.

*Yoga teachers registered with Yoga Alliance can receive 20 hours of Continuing Education in the area of Ayurveda for attending this retreat.

*Rooms: There are both private and shared rooms available.  All rooms can be set up as either 2 twin beds or 1 double bed.  Rooms vary in size, they will be given on a first come, first serve basis (first to sign up will get the biggest rooms with better views).  If you chose a shared room, this means you will be sharing a room with someone else.  If you have a roommate preference, please let us know.

By reserving your spot, you are agreeing to our Terms & Conditions.
