More than 10 years ago, I spend one year in an ashram in Denmark, called Ananda Gaorii, and became a yoga teacher. After this transformational experience, I studied ayurveda and became an ayurvedic therapist.
Since 2018, I've been dedicated my life to study ayurveda and offer ayurvedic consultations, massages as well as offering yoga classes, retreats and workshops in europe.
