Building Opportunities Supporting Sisters (B.O.S.S.) Weekend: This 4 day/3 night event will take place on April 18, 2025-April 21, 2025. Your trip will include your hotel stay at Hyatt Regency Downtown Phoenix; B.O.S.S. Welcome Happy Hour, B.O.S.S. Mobile Mimosa Party, B.O.S.S. Brunch, B.O.S.S. Rooftop Pool Party, B.O.S.S. "Charm You" activity, and a B.O.S.S. Sunset Dinner. B.O.S.S. Night Out on Friday and Saturday Night is OPTIONAL.  Pricing is $996/pp, based on double occupancy and activities.

(**AIRFARE IS NOT INCLUDED. **RATES ARE PER PERSON, INCLUSIVE OF HOTEL STAY, WELCOME HAPPY HOUR, MOBILE MIMOSA PARTY, BRUNCH, POOL PARTY, "CHARM YOU" ACTIVITY, and a SUNSET DINNER). 

*Please note that you will be responsible at check-in for your security/incidental deposit of $75 per night, and it will be refunded to you by the hotel after your stay, provided there is no damage to the room and/ or property.  

*All venues are within walking distance of the hotel, but you can choose to Uber or Lyft.  On Sunday for the sunset dinner we will need to Uber or Lyft.  B.O.S.S. will provide transportation to the "Charm You" activity only.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY:

A deposit of $200.00 is due by November 1, 2024 and is Non-Refundable.  It is to reserve your spot, tours/activities if applicable, and event reservations.

Final Payment is due by March 14, 2025.  If you need to cancel for any reason, you must do so before the final payment due date for a full refund, (minus the deposit), and there will be a $50 Cancellation Fee.  ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER March 14, 2025.

B.O.S.S. has curated the best of the best that Phoenix, Arizona and the surrounding areas has to offer!  This trip was designed for the traveler who wants relaxation, fun and excitement in a new city, but may not know where to start in building a well planned itinerary... well, we have made that easy for you by vetting venues, restaurants, and activities to provide you with the best experience!

We will eat good food, drink delicious cocktails, dance, play games, and have lots of fun at this happy hour event! 6-9PM; Casual attire. 2-3 minutes from hotel.

Night out on the town at your own expense. TBA 9PM-until; Upscale attire.

This upbeat brunch will have you on your feet dancing and enjoying the food and vibes! Attire: Casual Chic/Shades of Pink; 2-3 minutes from the hotel.

This will be a fun ride with photo opportunities to our destination.  To include music, a bartender, aesthetically pleasing atmosphere, and of course mimosas!!! Casual chic attire/shades of pink.

This activity will allow you to be creative and to make something that speaks to you and your personal style! Casual chic attire and shades of pink. Transportation will be provided.

Night out on the town at your own expense.  TBA

Enjoy the day at one of Phoenix's top rooftop pools to include your Entry, a DJ, and Private Cabanas for our B.O.S.S. Ladies! Food and drinks for purchase. 10AM-3PM; 2-3 minutes from the hotel.

Enjoy a 3 course dining experience as the sun is setting. Time to relax and enjoy the mountain views as you eat and sip on your favorite beverage. Alcohol is not included, but can be ordered at your own expense. Upscale attire. 20-25 minutes from the hotel. We will need to use Uber or Lyft. 6:15PM-9:15PM
