During this powerful week in Magical Bali we are going to show you how to access your breath/energy in many different ways. The bodywork you experience will first take away layers of stress that you didn’t even know you had, then do some powerful soul trauma release and full body integration. All of this will leave you feeling connected and rested like never before.

Of course there will be 2 yoga classes every day and time to explore your practice that just cannot happen in your day to day life.

You can't help falling In love with Bali, the culture, the people, the land is all so beautiful and sacred. It is called the Island of the Gods, there is a spiritual feel in Bali that can't help but be felt. Women begin early in the morning with prayers and blessings. Incense and flowers adore every corner and alters are built everywhere you turn.

Morning yoga, breath and reflection Practice
Yummy Fresh Breakfast
Chill time - get a massage, see healers, go to town, swim, read. etc
Lunch-
Afternoon Session - varies each day - Yin, Breathwork, Guest Teachers, Journaling
Dinner - Amazing organic food by local chef
Evening Meditation, Reflection & Connection
We will start at 4pm on the 17th and end after breakfast on the 24th
