7:30 - 8:30 AM: Yoga class (style of yoga changes through the week!)
8:30 AM - 3:30 PM: Healthy Breakfast & Lunch + Relaxing time. Go for a walk on the beach, surf, hike, horseback ride or ziplining. Or allow time to simply relax by the pool, read your favorite book, take a nap or get an amazing body massage. Schedule your 1:1 session with me!
4:00 - 6:00 PM: Yoga Class or Workshop (Style of yoga & Workshop theme change through the week!)
6:30 - 8:00 PM: Healthy Dinner + Relaxing Time (Sunset at the beach!)
