Transform in Puerto Escondido!
A Transformational Retreat in Puerto Escondido, Mexico
This retreat is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and into a carefully held space for deep inner work, reflection, and renewal.
Set on the Oaxacan coast in Puerto Escondido, Mexico, this immersive experience is designed for those who feel called to reconnect with themselves on a deeper level through presence, embodiment, and intentional practice.
The retreat itself runs from November 2–7, 2026, with accommodations and meals provided.
Guests will fly into Huatulco International Airport (HUX), followed by a scenic drive, approximately 90+ minutes along the coast to our retreat home.
The Setting
Our retreat takes place in a private, luxury villa steps away from the Pacific Ocean, surrounded by nature and open sky. The setting is quiet, expansive, and deeply calming, chosen intentionally to support inward focus and emotional safety.
Being right on the Pacific changes the pace, with direct access to vast stretches of untouched beach and a 25 foot infinity pool facing the horizon, the environment naturally supports nervous system regulation.
There are seven king suites, each with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, and a private ensuite bathroom, with either ocean or garden views. Rooms are spacious and private, giving you your own space to step away between sessions, to integrate, reflect, and recharge so you can fully participate in the process.
The Work
This is a working luxury retreat — immersive, structured, and transformative. It is an intentionally designed experience for people who are ready for real internal change.
From Monday through Friday, we’ll move through a structured, progressive arc of deep inner work. Each day builds on the last, allowing insight, emotional release, and nervous-system regulation to unfold in a way that feels grounded, supported, and sustainable.
There are no planned excursions, by design. Staying in one place, free from constant stimulation, schedules, and outside distractions, your nervous system can finally slow down. When the body feels safe, the deeper work becomes possible. This retreat is about depth, not distraction.
Each day blends guided workshops, breathwork, somatic practices, intentional movement, dedicated self-care, and intentional integration time.
This retreat moves in intentional layers. Each modality has a clear role in the process, and together they create measurable internal change, not just a meaningful experience.
We begin by establishing safety in the body. You’ll learn how your nervous system responds to stress and how to consciously regulate it through grounding tools and awareness practices.
This foundation reduces reactivity, increases emotional steadiness, and creates the internal stability needed for deeper work to unfold safely.
Breathwork sessions are designed to access stored stress and emotional residue that cannot be resolved through thinking alone. The breath becomes a direct pathway into the body’s protective patterns. This work supports release, recalibration, and renewed clarity, often resulting in a lighter emotional state and greater connection to self.
Somatic exercises help you identify where tension, outdated beliefs, and habitual responses live physically. Instead of overriding discomfort, you learn how to work with it. Over time, this builds resilience, strengthens boundaries, and shifts automatic reactions into intentional responses.
Daily yoga and meditation practices integrate emotional work through the body. This is not performance-driven movement; it is grounding, stabilizing, and strengthening. The outcome is embodiment — a sense of confidence, presence, and trust in your body as a source of truth and guidance.
Journaling is purposeful and strategic. Every journal and written teaching included in this retreat has been personally developed by Stacey. Drawing from years of study, facilitation, and lived experience, each reflection and prompt is intentionally designed to support nervous system regulation, self-inquiry, and meaningful integration long after the retreat ends. The journals and workshops are designed to surface patterns, clarify identity, and challenge outdated narratives. The result is insight you can act on with clearer boundaries, defined values, and aligned next steps rather than abstract inspiration.
Transformation requires space. Built-in quiet time allows the nervous system to settle and new insights to consolidate. This ensures the work doesn’t remain emotional intensity, but becomes sustainable internal change.
The retreat is held within a confidential and supportive group environment. Sharing is invitational, never required. Being witnessed, and witnessing others, often accelerates integration, reducing isolation and reinforcing growth through connection.
This is immersive, embodied work is structured to create clarity, regulation, and personal power that extends well beyond the week.
Nourishment as Part of the Practice
Food is a central part of this experience. Our full-time private chef team prepares every meal onsite, using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The menus are thoughtfully curated — vibrant, seasonal, and deeply nourishing — designed to support steady energy, digestion, and overall wellbeing throughout the week.
Beyond the kitchen, the villa is fully staffed to ensure you are cared for at every level. A dedicated house manager oversees the villa experience, daily housekeeping keeps the space effortless and refined, and our mixologist crafts elevated, alcohol-free beverages designed to complement the rhythm of each day. From morning coffee/tea overlooking the Pacific to sunset gatherings by the pool, every detail is handled.
Meals are not rushed. They are woven into the retreat as moments to pause, connect, and practice presence. There may also be a guided culinary experience during the week, offering insight into preparing food with intention — something practical and grounding you can carry home.
Dietary needs, preferences, and allergies will be accommodated with care and respect.
Who This Retreat Is For
This retreat is for those who feel a quiet pull toward something more.
You may sense that something is missing, or that life has been asking you to slow down, listen more closely, or make a shift. Perhaps you’re ready to work through old emotions or patterns, or you’re simply curious about a different way of living and being—one that feels more aligned, embodied, and intentional.
This experience is for those who are open to reflection, honest self-inquiry, and deep inner exploration. You don’t need to have answers. You don’t need to be stuck. You only need the willingness to show up for yourself and engage in the process.
This is not about escaping your life. It’s about returning to it more fully.
What You Take With You
This retreat is not about creating a temporary high or a momentary sense of relief. The intention is to support changes that quietly weave themselves into your daily life.
• A calmer, more regulated nervous system
• Greater emotional awareness and resilience
• A deeper connection to your body and internal cues
• Release of long-held tension and emotional weight
• Clarity around patterns, boundaries, and inner truth
• Tools for grounding, self-regulation, and reflection you can use long after the retreat
• A renewed sense of presence, alignment, and self-trust
• Integration practices that support lasting change, not a temporary high
Many participants leave with a deeper sense of clarity about themselves, their needs, and what feels truly aligned. There is often a feeling of lightness in the body, as long-held tension or emotional weight begins to soften, alongside a renewed openness in the mind.
You’ll take with you practical tools for self-regulation, reflection, and embodied awareness and other practices you can return to when life feels busy, overwhelming, or disconnected. Just as importantly, you’ll leave with a stronger connection to your inner wisdom and a greater trust in your own capacity to navigate change.
There is also the shared understanding- meaningful conversations, honest connection, and the reminder that you are not alone in your questions or growth. For many, this sense of connection continues well beyond the retreat itself.
What unfolds here doesn’t end when you return home. It becomes something you live with.
