Meet your guides!

MEAGAN HURST: Yoga Instructor

Meagan is a 500 hour certified yoga instructor, rock climber, outdoor enthusiast, stand up paddle boarder, world traveller and puppy lover! She was born in San Diego, CA and has lived in Southern California her whole life. She has been to 26 countries and continues to explore new terrain and study yoga. She has a passion for animals and helping others because in return it builds her up like nothing else!

Her style of yoga is fun, playful, alignment based, breath-centric, and will cultivate your mind-body connection as you challenge yourself and get lost in the flow!

NATALIA CEBOLLERO: Project Coordinator

Natalia was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She moved to San Diego almost 7 years ago. She is currently finishing her bachelor in psychology and by next year she will be starting her masters in industrial/organizational psychology. Her passion with kids truly shows when she donates her time to build houses in Mexico and works with orphanages. She is a staff member of a non profit that builds houses for the native Indians of Mexico and Central America. Her ultimate goal is to be the director of an orphanage. She wants to have an orphanage where kids feel at home, and not like they were left alone. Her vision about the orphanage is that is based on love, faith and most importantly education. She believes in creating sustainable change in people's lives. She loves traveling and getting out of her comfort zone. She loves dancing from hip-hop to salsa, bachata you name it! Natalia stays active by doing boot camp classes (F45 at the moment), spinning, and hiking. Her new goal is to get better at yoga.

Meagan did yoga here and there throughout her life, but it wasn't until her last year of college that she found a dedicated practice. After graduating from film school and taking on a grueling and emotionally draining job in Hollywood, yoga became her release.  Meagan found deep effects not only in her body but mostly her mind and she wanted to dig deeper into the practice. Eventually, yoga gave Meagan the courage to quit her job with the goal of traveling the world with just a backpack. She went to Nicaragua to complete her 200 hour vinyasa yoga teacher training with Bodhi Yoga Academy. Since then she hasn't looked back and has also never been happier! She is currently continuing her yoga education at Mira Costa College in their 300 hour program and believes that she will always be a student of yoga. Her teaching is rooted in the Ashtanga lineage of yoga but keeps the energy playful, curious and often upside-down. She never takes herself too seriously and encourages her students to laugh at themselves too. Meagan will push you to your edge and then bring you back to center gently.  Meagan also enjoys being outside in nature, rock climbing, surfing, photography and spending time with her friends and family.

Meagan was a fantastic host, it was so awesome doing yoga on the deck and listening to the river flow. The b&b it's self was comfortable and the food was delicious. I would recommended this retreat to anyone looking to get away.
So enjoyed this yoga retreat. I live just about 15 minutes away but the stay in Three Rivers was so peaceful and Meagan was a wonderful instructor. This is my first yoga retreat and I know it won't be my last. Great food and beautiful setting, Thank you Jackie and James, and a fun group of ladies to share the weekend. So enjoyed getting back up into the park and the weather was perfect. Meagan has a wonderful heart and she shared her passion for life. I encourage anyone who is looking to try a retreat like this to do so, I plan to do this again. Thanks Meagan and an honorable mention to Kyle. Namaste Rosemary Montero

We had a wonderful retreat! Meagan is a great instructor and the weekend was action packed. We spent an entire day in Sequoia Park and got to practice yoga outdoors in front of the rushing river! The food was amazing and accommodations were cozy as expected in a bed & breakfast. I would recommend this retreat for anyone who loves yoga, nature and great food!
