A weekend of restoration before the winter. October on the islands is quiet: the ferries empty out, the arbutus trees glow red, and the evenings start early.
Where our Okanagan weekend opens the summer, this one prepares you for the darker months. The practice is slower and warmer, with yin, restorative and gentle flow. There is a cacao ceremony, sound healing and dinner by the water. Between sessions, stroll to the island artisan market, book a treatment, walk the forest trails or nap to the sound of rain.
Small group, co-ed and open to all levels. Every session and ceremony is optional.

Baja Wellness Retreat hosts small-group retreats for high performers, depleted doers and anyone standing at a threshold: people ready to invest in themselves, not just take a holiday. Our flagship retreat runs each spring and early winter at Hotel El Ganzo in San José del Cabo, one of Baja's most celebrated boutique hotels and a certified B Corporation. Weekend chapters follow in the Okanagan and the Gulf Islands.
Every retreat weaves together daily yoga, sound healing, ceremony, local culture and unstructured time designed to restore what busy life depletes. This is not a yoga retreat for yogis. It is a life retreat that includes yoga. Come as you are. Leave with clarity, connection and renewed momentum.
