Let's come together to evolve and build community on Saturday, July 25th from 5:30pm-7pm (East African Time), 10:30am-12noon Eastern Daylight Time. This third, co-ed virtual yoga and meditation retreat is supporting people through the new changes that COVID-19 has brought. Our goal is to support mental, physical, and emotional wellness beyond country and timezone boarders: bringing together people from all over the world with the purpose of remembering and knowing that they are not alone at this time.
We will begin with a fun icebreaker, get to know each other a bit and then enjoy a Vinyasa flow practice. After a short break meditation will follow. Time for journaling and sharing as well as practical information on how to support ourselves, physically, emotionally and mentally during the changes that covid-19 has brought.
