Put your hands up if you're ready for a blissful Winter  event in The Hunter Valley.

The Yoga Shed is located in a country setting with peaceful mountain views. Every effort has been made to create the right atmosphere for your complete yoga experience.

Our event will be run by studio owner Jenny, a senior Yoga teacher of more than 17 years, she will share the peace ,health & wellbeing that Yoga, Meditation & Sound Healing has given her.

The 2 hour class will incorporate gentle Yoga, Pranayama (Breathwork) and Sound Bowls.

The Yoga Shed will provide Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, eye pillows & a soft mattress.

The singing bowls and sound instruments have the ability to transport students to deeply profound levels of relaxation- some would say to another realm.

We provide more than a yoga class, we provide a Yoga experience.

After our 2 hour class I will booking a spot for lunch if you would like to join me.

Location will be announced as it gets closer. Most likely The Federal Pub just 3 mins from The Yoga Shed. ** SELFPAY
