 Villa Description 

The 15,000-sqft. Villa combines luxurious Relaxation in a breath taking oceanfront setting. Located on the south coast of Puerto Vallarta, less than 2 ½ miles from downtown Puerto Vallarta, the villa is surrounded by unparalleled natural beauty, from the rugged Sierra Madre Mountains covered in tropical rainforest to the sparkling Pacific Ocean.

The villa includes all the comforts and amenities, including an elevator and a private screening room. Most bedrooms have ocean views and terraces.

Oceanfront rooms are in high demand. If you valueand ocean view, we encourage you to reserve your room as soon as possible to increase your likelihood of securing one.

Exciting News!

The Balance to Bloom retreats have been thoughtfully upgraded from 3 nights/4 days to 4 nights/5 days to give you a more spacious, enriching experience. After reflecting on past retreats, I realized that three nights felt a bit rushed, and I want to ensure that everyone has ample time to fully participate, relax, and enjoy the journey—free time is a core value of these retreats.

In addition to the extended stay, I’ve also been curating private villas for our retreat locations. These intimate, beautiful spaces offer greater privacy and connection, allowing us to create a more personalized and memorable experience together.

With these enhancements— extended stays, upgraded accommodations, and elevated experiences—the pricing will slightly reflect those improvements. My goal is to prioritize comfort, quality, and intentionality in every detail so that each of you feels cared for from the moment you arrive.

-Travel Documents

To travel to Puerto Vallarta, you need a passport with a validity period of at least six months from your departure date.

Travel Dates:

February 17th-21st 2026 

Puerta Vallarta airport- 

Licenciado Gustavo Diaz Ordaz International Airport. (PVR) Please arrive no later than 2 pm. (if possible)

What is the Deposit to reserve my spot?

A $399.00 non-refundable deposit will reserve your retreat experience.

Are payment plans available? 

Yes! Payment plans are available with the $399 deposit and 3 payments of the amount of your choosing as long as the final retreat investment is paid 60 days before the retreat, December 17, 2025.  Paying in full is optional.

Cancellation Policy

Please note: The $399.00 deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. For full details, please review the Retreat Agreement, which you will be required to sign during registration. Due to advance payments made to third-party vendors and resort partners, we strictly adhere to this cancellation policy to uphold our retreat experience's high standards.

Travel insurance 

We strongly suggest acquiring travel insurance. You are responsible for purchasing your travel insurance policy for the retreat, all corresponding travel expenses, and medical care abroad. If you cancel due to unforeseen illness or personal or family emergency before or during the retreat, miss part due to travel delays, lose luggage or have delayed luggage, or require medical care abroad, your travel insurance policy typically can reinburse you. Since third-party vendors and resorts are paid in advance, Standtal is unable to issue a refund. It is essential to adhere strictly to this policy to maintain the exceptional standards of our retreats.

 Please note that many travel insurance companies require you to purchase a policy within 14-21 days of making an initial deposit for the trip. 

Meals:

The retreat experience includes Breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily, all served on-site. 

The Villa includes a full staff, including a chef, houseman/waiter, housekeepers, and concierge. 

 Activities: Activities are optional during your free time. Our personal concierge can help arrange everything from your airport transfer to a private boat cruise, in-house spa services, and fun activities such as ziplines through the jungle, horseback riding, and much more. 

Check-in and Check-out Times:

Check- any time after 4 pm

Check out anytime before 11 am

 Transportation and Flights. Once your flights are booked, the Villa concierge will assist with coordinating your ground transportation. Please note that all transportation fees are the guest's responsibility. We recommend booking flights promptly to secure the best available rates. 

 Gratuities: Please bring cash for the staff gratuities. The Villa suggests $25 to $35 per day.
