Balanced in Bali is a wellness retreat that offers a unique blend of activities to help you rejuvenate and recharge your mind and body! The retreat program is centered around the concept of yin and yang, combining high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts with calming practices of restorative yoga, meditation, and sound baths. We need both the sun and moon, masculine and feminine, strength and softness, adventure and comfort in order to feel into our true nature. This week in the Bukit of Bali you'll have it all at your finger tips.
You'll start your day with an invigorating HIIT workout with Jenna in the picturesque open air gym onsite, followed by pranayama and meditation with Nikki. After you'll be good and ready for a
tropical and delicious breakfast that will nourish your body and keep you energized throughout the day! Spend your afternoons at the nearby gorgeous beaches surfing world class waves or laying out on the white sand, or simply stay at the resort and relaxing by the pool cozied up with your favorite book.
The late afternoons will be filled with restorative yoga practice and soothing sound baths, allowing you to unwind and find your inner peace. Throughout the retreat, you'll be served breakfast, lunch and dinner that are designed to support your body's needs. A day trip to Ubud to see the breathtaking Rice Terraces and purifying Water Temple will connect you to nature and the sacredness of this land. This epic retreat will also include a surf lesson the will surely tap you into your inner child when you get to play in the warm crystal clear Indian Ocean.
Also included is a 60 minute massage that will bring in the yin energy and seduce your system into deep relaxation and ease all your worries. This will be a stress free trip, everything is taken care of and all you have to do is show up and be spoiled.

Congratulations! You have made it to your Balanced in Bali retreat. Upon arriving to Denpasar and making it through customs, your driver will get you to Salty Breeze safely! The ride to the resort is approximately 30-minutes. YOU MAY share this ride with other retreat go-ers pending your landing time!
Upon arrival to the resort, you will be greeted with your very first taste of the land, a Balanese coconut at the front desk when you check-in. Once you make it to your room, we won’t blame you if you get excited about a pool or ocean dip immediately!

5:30 pm: First night here! We are excited to invite you all to our “get to know you” welcome experience in which Jenna and Nikki will host conscious conversations in the community area. Get ready to open up, and get real close quickly.

7-7:30am : Rise and shine! Prepare for the day ahead. Coffee, tea, journaling.
8:15-9:45am Get ready for a full-body, sweat-earning HIIT workout led by Jenna and then a meditation led by Nikki.
10-11am: Breakfast
11-2:30pm: Free time.
2:30-3:30 pm: Lunch.
4-5:30: Free time.
5:30-6:45 pm: It’s time to work in! Nikki will guide you through a relaxing sound bath to get everyone on the same wavelength.
7-8 pm: Dinner
8 pm and beyond: Relaxation time. Sleep well.
7:30-8:30am: Breakfast at Salty Breeze.
9 am: Pack your bags because we are headed into Ubud to experience the incredible healing of this town. We will visit Tirta Empul, the sacred Water Temple where we will purify ourselves with the holy spring water. After we will enjoy lunch and then head to Tegallalang Rice Terraces of Ubud and trek through the land. Endless tiers of green will take your breath away today with its stunning views, and endless maze of beauty!

8:15-9:45am Get ready to work your body from the ground up and build strength with your full-body, HIIT workout led by a meditation.
10-11am: Breakfast
11-2:30pm: Surf lesson! Learn to shred some epic world class waves. Or at least get to your feet!
2:30-3:30pm: Lunch
4-5:30: Free time.
5:30-6:45pm : Restorative practice with Nikki to relax your sore muscles after your surf.
7-8pm: Dinner
8pm and beyond: Self-reflection time, where are you becoming more balanced?
7-7:30am : Good rising! Coffee, tea.
8:15-9:45am You will be glowing after this HIIT workout led by Jenna followed by an energizing pranayama practice and meditation with Nikki.
10-11am: Breakfast
11-2:30pm: Massage and free time!
2:30-3:30pm: Lunch
4-5:30: Chill time
5:30-6:45pm : Reiki and restore with Nikki
7-9pm: Get excited! We have a fish BBQ on the beach
7-7:30am : Prepare for the beautiful day ahead. Coffee, tea, wake up.
8:15-9:45am Get ready for your final full-body, limit-pushing HIIT workout led by Jenna followed by an intention setting meditation with Nikki.
10-11am: Breakfast
11-2:30pm: Free Time! Last full day to soak up this lush environment.
2:30-3:30pm: Lunch
4-5:30: Closing Circle with Nikki. Journaling, chanting, shares.
5:30pm: Time to get dressed up bali style because we’re headed into town! We will enjoy the Kecak Fire Dance at the Uluwatu temple. The traditional performance combines song, dance, and theatre, all with an epic sunset!
Tonight, you will pick your own dinner location depending on what you are craving!
*The ticket to the show is included in your price, dinner is not. We will recommend some nearby places of varying price ranges for you to delight in.
9pm Head back to the resort.
10pm and beyond: Get some shut eye.

7-9am There will not be a guided workout or practice this morning so you can enjoy the gym or yoga space solo, meditate on your own, or sleep in!
