This was a great experience. I booked the trip alone and left with 6 new travel friends!!

Accommodations were top notch! Carey does not play about accommodations. The whole experience exceeded my wildest dreams. The tombs, pyramids, Nile river cruise, and the beach all combined for a phenomenal experience.

We looked forward to this trip and it did not disappoint. Payments on the front end were professionally managed and communications were great, especially the reminders. The Group was amazing as were the sites visited. We appreciated being at them in the early mornings before the heat was extreme and places were crowded. The opening dinner was a great introductory launch. Maii was amazing and will be an asset at every tour you book in Egypt. (Mustafa, not so much.) Our hotels were also top notch and added to the enjoyment of our trip. We loved the venues selected and learned a great deal with each experience. There was just enough tour guidance and prep for what we'd experience. Maii did a great job of clarifying what to expect each day and was very approachable and patient. I have no criticism and so please take the following as things I recommend to enhance the experience1 I would place greater emphasis on what to expect on the intensity of desert heat. (We think we are prepared, but we simply aren't. This is my problem, but I read the long, loose baggy clothing info literally and bought stuff that I would normally not wear in the heat. I think you can advise, but emphasize comfort as well. (I would have brought shorts, tanks, etc.) The Egyptian Museum felt like a storage facility. The Museum of Egyptian Civilization was a much richer experience in terms of the exhibits and explanations of what we saw. I suggest making the snorkeling/scuba trip part of the itinerary and make the ATV's optional. The jeeps to and from the site were pretty uncomfortable. Find out who has motion sickness and have a Plan B for them. I am glad you canceled the barbeque at the Bedouin village. Better descriptions of the Bedouin and Nubian villages would be helpful. I liked visiting both but they differed from my expectations. (You may have done this, but those with special conditions, med equipment or needs ought to let you know.) I thought the COVID outbreaks were handled pretty well. But, anything else you can do to ease concerns would be a plus. Joan, Jim and Tswana helped ease the intergenerational divides, but, what to do if there are Not there? You may wish to say more about how challenging a site will be as participants review the itinerary an invite folks to do as much as they are able to do. ( It is important to support their decisions so they still feel a part of the group.) This group showed a lot of kindness and consideration and we loved that. We are proud to support you in your travel business and would much rather pay you for our global adventures than those with whom we've traveled in the past. We give you 5 stars. Continue moving forward and please keep us posted on your latest travel plans. WE LOVE TO TRAVEL.

I had an awesome experience on my 2023 trip to Egypt. Our tour guide Mail was very knowledgeable and provided extra insight on Egyptian history. The tours, hotel and transportation was seamless. Looking forward to going on another trip with That Man Travels!!!!
