Each morning starting with a Yoga Barre class and yoga class to follow in the afternoon and also plenty of free time to take classes available with unlimited access to Ubud Yoga Centre.
You will have daily Yoga Barre practices, relaxing afternoons to enjoy , as well as free time to explore the community or venture to other areas on the Island of the Gods, Bali.
Each morning breakfast will be served with organic produce vegan/vegetarian options, and during your retreat four lunches and three dinners will be provided. Transportation will be provided from upon arrival to departure. The only things not included during In this retreat is your flight and massage treatments/spa.
