✈️ BALI & PHUKET TRIP TERMS & CONDITIONS

Passport & Visa Requirements

• A valid U.S. Passport Book is required for travel to both Bali and Phuket. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your return date (no exceptions).

• All U.S. citizens entering Bali are required to obtain a tourist visa upon arrival. The fee is approximately $35 USD, and this cost is not included in your package. (Subject to change.)

Deposits & Payments

• Deposit: $100 per person
  If you are booking a double occupancy room, both deposits must be received in order to secure your space.

• Monthly payments are required to keep your booking active.

• Final payment is due by January 30, 2026.
  Late payments will incur a $50 per person fee, automatically added the day after the due date.
  Late payments will not be accepted more than 10 days after the final due date. After 10 days, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

Flights & Transportation

• International airfare is NOT included.
  You are responsible for purchasing your own flight:
  

  • Arrive in Bali (DPS) on March 22, 2026

  • Depart from Phuket (HKT) on March 31, 2026

• Flight from Bali to Phuket is included in your package.

Travel Insurance

• Travel insurance is not included and must be purchased separately.

• JB Luxury Travels LLC and its partners do not issue refunds. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• We strongly recommend purchasing Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) travel insurance within 21 days of your initial deposit. Other coverage options may be available after this window.

• Insurance helps protect against cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, weather delays, and more.

Important Notes

• Name changes are not allowed. If someone in your party can no longer travel, they will be removed from the booking, and a new guest will have to pay the current rate at the time of booking.

• Rates are subject to change until your full deposit is paid and applied.

• Room is not secured until all deposits for the room are received.

• All travel documents will be sent out 21–30 days prior to departure.

Ladies if you would like a flower bath, it can be scheduled in your room(your soaking tub or your private pool) on this day.

We will go to dinner afterwards.

We will check out of our hotel in Bali and hop on a flight to Phuket where we will check into our 5 star Phuket hotel in Kamala beach.

Let's get checked in and relax at our resort. We have had an eventful time in Bali.

The Phi Phi archipelago is a must-visit while in Phuket, and this speedboat trip whisks you around the islands in one day. Swim over the coral reefs of Pileh Lagoon, have lunch at Phi Phi Leh, snorkel at Bamboo Island, and visit Monkey Beach and Maya Bay, immortalized in "The Beach." Boat transfers, snacks, buffet lunch, snorkeling equipment, and Phuket hotel pickup and drop-off all included.

• Visit the islands by speedboat to relax, swim, and snorkel
• Sightsee Maya Bay, popularized by the famous movie, “The Beach” starring Leonardo DiCaprio

Amazing Phuket Tour Program with Tiger experience. You’ll visit Tiger park where you can choose a side of the tiger to photo with (Smallest, Small, Medium or Big Tiger) then you will walk around sightseeing the park, you’ll visit Big Buddha with a 360-degree viewpoint and Chalong temple to see the beautiful culture. Learn and see Thai nut at Cashewnut Factory. After visiting all the daily culture of Phuket, let’s take a break with coffee and shopping at the souvenir shop and more more places

A private and all-inclusive journey in Phuket, this experience is ideal for those who value convenience and comfort. Travel in exclusive transportation to location boasting some of the largest lily pads in the world, known as the Victoria Amazonia. Take the chance to stand on the flowers or capture drone shots of your group on a long-tail boat in the pond.
