I have rented a big house in Canggu and have 4 - 5 rooms available. 

The definite price per person depends on how many rooms we rent out. 

If we rent out all 6 rooms, the cost will be 250€/room.

The house 

is located in a local neighborhood, which is why we have to behave accordingly and pay respect. I don't want to sound uptight, but that's why I have to ask party animals to find another stay, please. 

Location: 

Slightly hidden away at the end of a small street, yet good connected to the beach (Old Man's surfing spot and Finn's Beach Club) and lots of excellent restaurants, coffee and breakfast places close by. 

Rooms: 

The house itself offers six independent rooms with toilet and shower inside of each room.

Rules:

As mentioned before, the house is located in a local street and the minimum respect to the people is required.

- avoid taking offensive (nudity, poses) pictures around the temples 

- civilised outfit (not naked or in swim suit)

- limited noise (people in Bali go to bed at 9pm and wake up at 5-6am) and locals expect politeness from visitors (say hi)

- no obstruction to common roads 

Leave house undamaged: 

- don't let the dog into the house, she will chew on furniture which we'd have to pay

- the electric meter is prepaid, but consumption above that is on our account. Pls keep an eye on the meter (grey box on the right wall, make sure you always have more than 800), else electricity can run out in the middle of night and you will have to sleep without aircon...

- the house is handed to us with clean laundry. All laundry (change of bedsheets/towels/your personal laundry) from there is on our account.

- a total deposit of IDR 6m is to be given to us in cash upon arrival - the cash will be handed back to us upon departure

Most likely, I am going to be surfing in the mornings and will start working from home around 3pm. I am easy going regarding working, it's not like I need everything to be quiet around me. 

Always up for a good chat over beers or wine. 

Other hobbies: Trying out good food & cooking. Food is lyfe.
