About this trip

We will be staying in an eco-village surrounded by the beautiful balinese culture and rice fields, in Ubud, Bali’s art capital,  nearby to shops, restaurants, the monkey forest, Bali’s famous yoga barn, waterfalls, temples, and so much more. 


Over the week you will experience the beautiful balinese culture, a transformative immersion of yoga practices + workshops, daily vegan meals, wellness tips, sacred ceremonies, bonding exercises, many unforgettable adventures, and tools to continue on a healthier path once you leave.

Jacqueline Bensaid
Jacqueline is a Vinyasa flow yoga instructor based in Honolulu, Hawaii. She received her YTT 200 from The School Yoga Institute for Shamanic Practices and traditional hatha and Vinyasa yoga in Bali Indonesia, May 2017. She has been teaching ever since and incorporates hatha, Ashtanga, and Kundalini yoga in her classes. Jacqueline was a former gymnast and is great with alignment instruction, and physical adjustments. Although her classes are influenced by the physical practices of yoga, she is also passionate about teaching the mental benefits of yoga for depression, anxiety, and overall mental health.
