Indescribable.... but i'll try ;) From the moment I arrived I felt welcome and cared for. The venue was perfect, a little oasis in a sea of busyness, a great metaphor for the inner world we all were craving to spend some time with. The rooms were perfect (pool view round room), the resort was a delight with lots of little nooks to hide away in for privacy and quiet reflection, as well as the communal rest, eating and leisure areas. The staff at Floating Leaf have everything fine tuned to perfection. I enjoyed the most amazing massage i've ever had and left the resort literally floating on air. The schedule was beautifully curated and organised, not a single thing was missing and yet it never felt too busy or rushed. The music, the waterfalls, the yoga, the dancing and OMG the food!!!! Our host Kimberley Erin Yoga worked so hard on this week of incredible delights and nourishment and it showed in every experience, every special guest and every intentionally created flow on the mat. This was my very first retreat experience, but it won't be my last. On the plane home I reflected that I can't remember a time I felt so full. Full of love and hope and energy, optimism and joy. The ripples of this trip spreads tendrils of that fullness through the lives of everyone I know.
