These are the kinds of things she hopes all of her students leave feeling as they exit each session with her. Each of her classes leave room for self-discovery and expression with free flow spinal movements. Olivia gets so excited about sharing the gift of yoga and movement to beginners. She is a big believer in the body’s ability to heal itself and has studied somatic healing techniques, especially in regards to yoga and full body movement. Among some of her yoga certifications and trainings are E-RYT 200HR (1,950+ teaching hours), Trapeze Yoga, Yoga for Cancer Recovery, Aerial Level 1, 2 & Low Hammock, SUP Yoga, 85HR Pre/Post Natal Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga, and Yoga Wall. Olivia had the honor and blessing of working full-time at two separate 5-Star luxury wellness resorts in California as lead group yoga/aerial/fitness instructor and head personal trainer for several years. She also served at various boutique yoga and fitness studios across San Diego, including studios on Camp Pendleton. Olivia recently moved back home to Florida to be closer to family, teaching around the local Space Coast area. More than anything, Olivia loves the practice of helping others help themselves. We will be hiking up a hill to a waterfall. The hike is moderate, with some rugged spots. There will be natural paths that are not always paved and several stairs. This retreat may not be appropriate for those with mobility challenges or other health conditions where daily nature walking, moderate hiking, and stairs would be challenging.
We will be in a natural and authentic setting. There may be small geckos and other harmless natural elements. Due to the consistent ocean breeze, we will not experience the intense heat and humidity that most of Bali suffers through. In addition, compared to Ubud and other tourist towns, we have very little mosquitos at our hotel. However, bug repellent may be needed during our day trip to Ubud.
